The email I received back was a generic email stating that my order had been shipped and was in its way! When the items arrived I contacted the company to inform them that I was returning them for a full refund. I contacted the company to request the money was put back into my PayPal and that the order was cancelled. I then recieve an email and notification from PayPal that my order has been completed!! WHAT!!!!!. REALLY DON'T BOTHER EVEN LOOKONG AT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was contemplating purchasing 2 bras from this company, put them in my basket, went to pay and changed my mind, because the sizing guide didn't seam very accurate. Time to stop them from scamming anyone else! I checked out their page on Facebook to realize I am not the only one who was cheated by this company and I decided to do something about it! I reached out to customer service to initiate a return and was told to take several measurements in photos for proof. They were clearly not my size and meant for someone 1 to 2 sizes smaller. When they finally arrived and I tried them on my boobs literally popped out of them. And the material is horrible and just flops over with no support.I made an online purchase for two of the front clasping strapless bras but was charged for two. While it fits around, the cup size is less than an A, I doubt it would fit a cat! The cups don't even come up to the bottom of my nipples, it's pathetic.
